We must prioritize Vermont residents.  Due to the high-volume of requests at this time, we are only scheduling cats belonging to Vermont residents. 

We rely on our fees and private donations to keep our clinic open. We do not receive any funding from the state or federal government. When people don't come to their appointments, it greatly affect our ability to serve our clients. Therefore, we require 48-hour advanced notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

We do not take credit or debit cards at our clinic. Please pay in cash (no checks) at check-in.

We are not scheduling dogs or keeping a waiting list for the foreseeable future.

Requests are reviewed by a staff member and it may take a couple of days to receive a confirmation (appointments requested for the next day may not be processed).
