Drop off is between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. Dogs can usually be picked up from 3-4:30 p.m., cats between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m unless otherwise noted or previously arranged.

No food for your pet after midnight the night before surgery- they can have water through the night. Exception- pets under 5 months of age may eat up until 6:00 a.m. the day of surgery.

Please Leave Pets in Cars While Checking In!

Cats must be in Carriers! If you do not have a carrier, we will send them home in a cardboard one and the charge is $5. Cats need to go home in SEPARATE carriers as they are still under the effects of anesthesia and may scratch or bite another cat in the same carrier.

We accept cash or checks only. Payment is preferred at drop off, but can be made at pick up.

You will need to read over the agreement and sign/date the paperwork. Make sure to bring all documents we may have discussed on the phone when setting up the appointment.

Please allow 30 minutes for the check in process.

Please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel the appointment.

Please remember, even though your pet may not have eaten since midnight, s/he will most likely still need to go to the bathroom.

Please give your cats access to a litterbox and walk your dogs before bringing them to the clinic.
