Drop off is between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. Pick up is between 4:45 and 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted or previously arranged.
We accept cash or checks only. Payment is due when the animal is dropped off for surgery.
If your animal is over five months old, do not allow them to eat any food after midnight the night before surgery. You are able to give water.
If your animal is less than five months old, feed them at 6:00 AM the day of surgery. Please be aware of the exact time they ate so you can give us this information when checking in. You are able to give water.
Cats must be in a carrier or a secure box which has breathing holes and is comfortable for the cat. Feral or stray cats must be in a live trap.
Dogs must be on a leash or if they are small enough they can be in a carrier.
The animals must be left in the car until the check in process is complete.
Please take a number, which will be located outside our door, and come into the clinic. You will need to read over the agreement and sign/date the paperwork. Make sure to bring all documents we may have discussed on the phone when setting up the appointment.
Please allow 30 minutes for the check in process.
Please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel the appointment.
Our staff will go over other details on the phone with you regarding age, temperament, physical health, and vaccines.
