Directions to VT-CAN! Clinic
From I-89 south of Exit 8
• Get off at Exit 8
• Go 0.7 miles to route 2 west (left turn at the light- it is the second light off the interstate, Montpelier High School is on the left, you cross a bridge and come to a light)
• At the light turn left on route 2 and follow it for 2.2 miles to Cross Road (you will pass the Green Mount Cemetery on your right, you will go under the interstate, pass the dairy creme and cross road is a left turn just before the next underpass- do not turn off route 2 until you go 2.2 miles and get to Cross Road!)
• You will see Extra Room storage facities on your right and their sign.
• Turn left on Cross Rd.
• Go 0.2 miles to Bailey Meadows Road (first small lane you come to- it goes to storage buildings too).
• Turn left on Bailey Meadows Rd. and go to the gray building to your left.
• The clinic is on the bottom floor.
From Barre and East
• You need to get to route 2 heading west. From the intersection of 302 and Route 2 (at Walker Jeep/Ford) you go 2.2 miles (the turn is at the light for Montpelier High School and the Credit Union).
• Turn Right at the light
•Turn left at the light at route 2 west and follow it for 2.2 miles to Cross Road (you will pass the Green Mount Cemetery on your right, you will go under the interstate, pass the dairy creme and cross road is a left turn just before the next underpass - do not turn off route 2 until you go 2.2 miles and get to Cross Road!)

• Exit 9 (Middlesex)
• Turn right off the exit ramp
• Turn left at the stop- Route 2 East
• Follow Route 2 4.2 miles and turn Right on Cross Rd. (Cross Road is just after you go under the underpass)
• Go 0.2 miles to Bailey Meadows Road (first small lane you come to- it goes to storage buildings too).
• Turn left on Bailey Meadows Rd. and go to the gray building to your left.
• The clinic is on the bottom floor.
